What is the lotion or cream that makes your body/leg hair "shrink".?!

Question: In the commercial, the woman says "i feel like i just shaved, but i didn't just shave" and she talks about how after using the product for a while, her "leg hair" just kinda slowly shrinked and got really fine. I would greatly appreciate if anyone knows what product i am talking about and takes the time to respond.
