i have my own plan but I'm not shearing it 'cos it's not healthy.

normal plan:
-eat not much but often
-drink only water (no coca cola)
-remember about breakfest (best for girls is breakfest consist of cereals and milk)
-eat a lot of vegatables
-if you want to lose weight fast you should eat less than 1000 kcal per day
-work out every day more than 30 min
-MOST IMPORTANT if you have start diet and you want to keep results you have to stay on diet all the time

Well, many people think that there is something big behind needing to diet. Really there isn't. Best thing to do.drink lots of water. Exercise, aerobic (like running, walking, stairs, biking etc) for 30 mins three times a week. Maybe add a couple of days of LIGHT weight training to tone. Don't do excessive weights. And only do about two sets of 20-30 reps each time. Cut back on what you eat, don't eat too much and 5 small meals a day is best. instead of three big meals. Try not to place yourself in front of the tv or computer way too much. It tends to make people want to snack. Do you like going to the mall? Walk around the mall at a brisk pace for 30 mins, then do some shopping. What I told you takes time, but it is much healthier than some peoples diets. Fasting, diet pills, drugs, never work. You will gain that weight you loose from using those, back and it will be quick.
