wow! extremely hard exercise!?!


Question: i'm a girl- i thought of this exercise myself..

ok. get into a handstand position and lean on a wall.
your head should NOT be on the ground.
now, bend your elbows and lower your body down.
when your head almost touches the floor, come back up to starting position.
do about 50 of these.. your arms will hurt so bad!
i've been doing 4 sets of 50 every day for the last month.
my arms have become very muscluar-- i can finally lift 350 lbs. easily!
make it harder- add a 20 lb weight strap to each of your arms.
make it easier- don't go down too far
make it sexier- (When your BF is watching) do it nude, or in a string bikini!

You didn't invent anything! This is called a pull-up(only you're doing it upside down). Same concept.

Yeah, No, you didn't make this up. This has been around for years. Maybe you just never heard of it. But, good job with getting your arms in shape.
You may be doing yourself some permanent damage. Exercise should be fun - personally I would take up salsa dancing, or similar instead.
