That could be caused by so many different things, yeast infection, other infection like vaginitis, herpes, other STD, or even just an irritation from the soap you are using. I'm going to venture a guess here that you are under 18, I know it's hard, but tell your parents about it, you should go see an o.b.gyn. doctor for help. Don't continue to live with that discomfort because you are embarrased.
