Is it bad to jog/run when you just have a runny nose, but don't really think you!

As a nurse.as long as you can breath, it's cool
when I was in the army the morning PT run was how I got rid of many colds, its hell at first but for some reason after a mile or two everything seams to clear up, might want to take a napkin or a hankie with you though lol
