have you ever been to a fitness camp or fat camp or similar?!

Question: for my vacation i would like to spend a week focusing on nothing but fitness. do you have any recommendations for me preferably in TX or near TX? please tell me the cost or refer me to their websites, thanks!

in the navy, i was put on the fat boy program, i think mostly as an insult, cause i was in fine shape, regardless of what you all consider my ideal body weight. i skipped their program and worked out on my own. anyway, i lost 20 pounds in a month and told them where they could put their program.
