It happens a lot, especially about 2 hours after lunch. If you skip lunch, it would happen earlier.
Your blood sugar drops abruptly - it's caused by ating carb and sugar rich foods for lunch.
Try loading up on protein, cut down carbs, eat more greens.
You're probably bored. Eat fruits & vegtables, & drink a lot of water. I know, it sounds corney, but it'll give you energy.

Everyone can get tired at work. DO you get enough sleep? You should have a good night's sleep. Most people have coffee to help them wake up. This can be a good idea but the caffeine in the coffee can make it addicting and it's not the healthiest thing in the world.. Right before you go to sleep don't watch tv or go on the computer. Read a book instead. It will help you fall asleep better. Also, during your break time, go on a little jog or something. Physical activity (or doing something that is opposite to your work) can help you wake up.
Cold air, coffee, soda, take a walk. Breathe more deeply, fidget- while sitting at your desk. I find that if I redirect and do something besides stare at my computer, like do some filing or anything to stop staring at the darn screen it helps. Its hypnotic. Sometimes I play an internet game for a few minutes- I figure since I quit smoking (which was probably out of boredom anyway) I am sitting at my desk at least 20 minutes more a day than I used to for the past 7 years- I deserve to still have those minutes to myself- my coworkers still smoke and take that time- so why isn't that fair?

Diet
