if i weigh 185lbs,what should my caloric intake be to lose weight without alot o!


Question: i work 2 jobs and cannot really excersize for the next month aside from walking 30 mins a day. what should my daily intake of calories be to burn whatever regular movement i do in a day?

The 'average' for a person is around 2000 calories per day. Watch how much fat your body takes in as that will make the weight stick on as much as anything else will.
