Is it ok to take more than one vitamin/antioxidant supplement/pill at one time?!

Question: I'm taking supplements, vitamins, E, B12, calcium pills, co-q10 pills.
Answers:
Well 2 quick things about vitamins.

1. Its probably better to take them as 1 multivitamin that way they are assimilated at once and can be absorbed at the same time in your intestines. Except the CoQ10 which you would take in addition to a multi vitamin.

2. A liquid multivitamin would be very helpful because not only does it get into your blood stream faster but sometimes pills dont digest in your stomach and the presence of some minerals in the stomach can make you feel sick.

What is co-q10 ?
I usually try to spread pills through out the day. I take multivitamin after breakfast, fishoil supplement after lunch and Ginseng with a snack around 3.
This guy doesn't know what coQ10 is, he shouldn't be answering at all. It is ok to take multiple supplements at the same time (even if certain vitamins are duplicated, your body can use well over 100% of all RDA vitamins) Some vitamins work better in combination with other things (ie CoQ10 works best in combination with a healthy fat try fish oil or flax seed oil capsules) but it is extraordinarily difficult to hurt yourself with vitamins
