Poor hygiene or a lack of it can cause infections. All skin has to be cleaned/bathed to prevent rashes, infections etc. Also drinking plenty of water (sipping throughout the day) can help maintain freshness in the vaginal area. Poor diet can also cause a lack of freshness.
