no cures but lots of treatment options like steroids,depigmentation and masking.
They all help.
Steroids will reduce the cause -which is the auto-immune mediated production of antibodies against your own melanocytes.,but won't re-pigment the already de-pigmented areas.So you don't get many or larger new ones but the old ones remain.
Depigmentation of the remaining normal skin can be done if the vitiligo is so extensive that it has covered more area than normal pigmented skin.
Masking with make-up if the depigmented area is small.
