I havent tried the cream but I did try the pills a few years back, only took them for three months and they worked. I put that on my life.. I was amazed. So it was well worth the 100 bucks they costed. The brand I took was NuBust, I heard an advertisment on the radio for them.. Im not sure if the comapny is still around or not, havent heard the advertisment in a long time.
I know the packaing suggest you take them until the desired size is reached and every three months for 30 days to keep te firmness, etc.. but I only took them for three months, never again after that and I havent had any sagging or anything. My breast are a 36C now... so there a very good size. I took mine on my 21st birthday so about 5 years ago.. I would do it again, loved the results.
