Uh..I don't beleive I need to take them, but if others do then that's their choice. I have always been told by doctors that if you have a healthy balanced diet there is no need to take them, they are just another way for company's to make money! $ :) Also.I dont like to put anything in my body where the long-term affects are unknown.

yes i do.unless you over do it it cant harm to look after yourself.its not as if theyre expensive!
If you do need the supplements then you would take them. As for multivitamins, they all pretty much wasted if your body doesn't need them.

im a cyclist (racer) and pedal over 350 mile per week for training. a mulit vit. a good quality one really makes a difference, especially ones with 2500% vit b12.

take one anyway and see if you feel better, if not, save your money because youre probably gettin enough through a good diet.
I believe in taking multivitamins when you need to compensate for something missing from your diet. I don't eat red meat, so I take multivitamins.

Absolutely. I believe in them and take them almost regularly. It is said that to break the routine of taking the multi vitamins. Take for a week or so....discontinue for a week and take again. Almost best after breakfast
