Do I eat too much?!

Question: I ate those things today :
Breakfast : 1 slice of bread, 100ml apple juice, 1cup of fruit yogurt
10am : 1 small apple
lunch : 1 small tomato, 5 slices of cucumber, 1 beets, 15gr of macaroni, 1/4 can of tuna
dinner : 3tbsp of white rice, 25gr of cooked beef
snack : 1/2 cup of fruit yogurt and 2 small strawberries

Do I eat too much? Please be honest. Thanks
Answers:
Absolutely not. Why would you think you do? Assuming you are not on a diet, my guess is you weigh about 120 lbs.

I am diabetic. My physician and the dietician both recommended I eat 6 small meals a day.

Other Answers:
To me yes. Since I don't eat snacks and only have two meals aday.
no u are not eating too much
no , ur diet balance is very healthy ;) if you think you eat too much , you can work it out .
Sounds like you are watching what you are eating to the tee, but I think you might be too obsessive into this whole eating thing. That's not to much food.
No you are doing it perfect.
But don't be to skinny okay!
Yes.. stop being a cow.. moo
That diet looks exceptional.
i think so. but thats just one mans opinion. i think you should try not snacking so much. other than that, at least the meals and snacks are all healthy! :) so dont stop eating healthy! hope this helped.
no because you are eating alot healthier than most girls your age.
Nope , thats not much
you only weigh 107 lbs, get over it!
no, you eat very healthy, you go girl. if i told you what i ate today so far you would freak. i ate a crossant with eggs and sauage for breakfeast, some chocalate cookies, and now iam ordering chiense for lunch. then i am cooking spare ribs for dinner.
it all depends what time u eat if eat after 7 thats bad and your pusing it when you eat breads i thank u wont people to tell u ur not fat is that what u wont here it goes u not fat get over please for all of use
actually, you dont eat enough..
counting calories religiously is a sign of anorexia, not to mention you posed the question "do i eat too much?" which is a sure sign that you wanted everyone to answer "yes, you eat too much."
if you are truely worried about yourself, eat organic food and make sure you get all your vitamins and minerals that are needed daily.
NO, you are eating sensibly. Eating 6 small meals a day speeds your metabolism, so I am guessing you are a healthy size.
Don't let anyone tell you that you are eating too much. You have lots of energy right? I actually think you could stand to eat a little more, maybe a meal between lunch and dinner if you have time.
no , u donot eat too much but try not to eat maida kinds
of things like macroni otherwise its ok.
BYE
your not eating to much. if your snack food was junk food then I would say yes because of all the calories but since you eat healthy then what you've eaten is fine.
By the way I'm 5'2" and would love to weigh 107! I've not weighed that since I was 13.
No way, 6 small meals a day is what you need to be healthy and what youre eating is very healthy. Drink lots of water with that and you will feel really good.
You should be having veges with dinner as well. Try dark green, leafy veges ( like chinese kale or spinach) 1/2 cup. Other wise that's the way to go. Less overload on the internal system. Try making the last meal of the day by 7 pm. That way, the body can process all that's gone in, and keep you ticking.
This diet seems ridiculously small to me, of course your size, age and activity level play big parts. If I were you I would set up an account at fitday.com. It keeps track of all the calories you burn vs. the calories you consume throughout the day.
You're in the right track girl! Both for being healthy and fit, You can eat as much a you want if they are veggies and fruits, it fills you up and you don't feel hungry, ti cleanse your intestine, thus your whole system. If you want to continue this, do a simple exercise everyday. You don't have to stick on this foods but yu can alternate but with the same food groups. Hope for the healthier you!

The slice of bread in the morning should not be white bread or even "wheat" bread. Make sure it is whole grain with plenty of fiber.

Your breakfast needs some protein. Maybe one egg.

The macaroni isn't very nutritious, trade it for something else.

Trade out the white rice for brown rice. White rice digests way too fast and coverts to sugar.

If you are concerned about weight loss your after dinner snack is wrong. You should avoid high carb foods after dinner. Carbs just turn to sugar and get stored when you go to bed. Carbs should be eaten in the morning.
Your dinner needs some vegetables.
man, stop worrying and start living.weighing everything you eat will just make you depressed in the long run.the main funda behind losing weight is to work out and burn the calories.do not compromise on your diet.this will only invite other problems like hair loss, stretch marks, dark circles.you surely dont want to lose weight at the cost of your health.so chill and eat healthy and dont forget to work out.at this age, your body needs food to grow.dont deny it from that
I don't think you eat too much, you probably could stand to eat a larger dinner. The fact that you are eating lots of small snacks is what's keeping your metabolism up. I only eat twice a day, so I couldn't imagine eating all that much. But if you notice you're gaining weight, then you should alter your habits a bit. But if nothing's changing, then by all means continue! As long as you're feeling healthy, then you're doing right thing.

You SOOOO do not eat too much! If you're 5'1 your ideal weight is about 110 pounds... your below that! Don't worry so much about how much you eat. but maybe what you eat so that in addition to your healthy weight you have a healthy body! Also working out will give you a tight body and optimum health!
