I have the same problem. You can't target one area to lose weight. You have to think of your body as a mound. When losing weight you lose weight from all areas. It just looks like some areas are losing more than others but you are losing weight all over your body. Try cardio running, jogging,eliptical-precor machines, running on stairs, bikes,jumping rope. At least 15 minutes of core exercises 3 days a week. Ex. Mon. Wed. Fri, do 15 minutes of core exercise and on Tues and Thurs. do at least 5-10 minutes of core exercise. On Mon. Wed. and Fri. try to do at least 1 to 2 hours of cardio.
