Depends on the girl. I don't like huge muscular men, but I do like men that are well toned and slim. That's just me *shrugs* :P
The oiled down, veiny, big muscle guys are really disgusting, I think (body builders, especially). It's not bad to have some definition, but some of them take it way too far.
Everyone loves a beautiful buff man.but a man with muscles that are too large isn't attractive to me. If he looks like he lives in the gym, I wouldn't look twice at him.
