are there other endurance exercises other than running and walking if there are!

Question:
Answers:
There are heaps of endurance exercises I am listing the ones which are also high intensity:
Rowing (aim for 5 kms)
Cycling (do a double session)
Sand dunes (do it for an hour it's so hard)
Stair climbing (on machines or a tall apartment building)
Boxing (great intensity and definate endurance)
Circuit class - note basic training bootcamp style
Do a bootcamp

If you want to build up endurance do the following test once a week record the results then aim to beat it every time. Do it after stretching note there is no recovery time between each set so run to the next piece of equipment:
1) 1km run incline 3 as fast as you can
2) 2km bike ride level 10 as fast as you can
3) 1km row level 10 as fast as you can
4) Stepper - 30 stairs as fast as you can

As you get fitter double the time so do 2kms not 1kms for each exercise and time it and so forth. Increase the levels and go hard. Do your class straight after this is your warm up. If you find your class is not as intense do it again after your class. You will burn over 300 calories just doing the above for 15 minutes not bad hah!

Other Answers:
swimming, rowing, climbing stairs
cycling too
I know of two. Climbing up and down a 12-14 ft. high ladder. Does amazing workout on your muscles.

If no ladder, use stairs.

If no stairs, use The Step.

Punching a heavy bag. Try three one minute rounds, with a minute break in between. It'll get that heart pumping and really works out your upper-body. Just don't go picking any fights.
