Answers:
Stop relying herbs which can in effect hurt you as well as help you. Don't get me wrong, I love herbs and vitamins but they aren't always helpful.
I have muscle probs too. Try swimming or even just walking in the water. Believe me, it works you out! And yet you don't sweat(yeah!) and you don't hurt because it buffers one from impact and carrying one's own weight. Yeah!
And yet don't take it for granted that you're not working out, before you know it, you'll be sore! Because you don't feel much while in the water, you can really really work yourself out. So go slow, do a little and then build. By a few months, you might be strong enough to swim and then seriously work out with weights. Oh and cut out processed foods like breads, pastas, cookies, crackers, chips, boxed food, instant food and sugary sweets. They will turn right into fat and excess weight.
Eat natural whole foods and olive oil is really good for increasing your EFA, essential fatty acids necessary for so many processes including metabolism in your body. Read about how we work!
Good luck!

be careful not all herbs are good for you , no matter what they say, they can be JUST as bad as some medications.

you should eat a balanced diet and do what you can, i understand though because i also have shoulder issues and cannot work out because it causes severe pain and migraines
they say just by standing can help lose wait . how true it i don't know. but the say it burns more then sitting down.
