What is mild/moderate hydrocephalous?!

Question:
Answers:
www.dictionary.com defines "hydrocepahlous" as: A usually congenital condition in which an abnormal accumulation of fluid in the cerebral ventricles causes enlargement of the skull and compression of the brain, destroying much of the neural tissue.

I would assume mild or moderate would refer to the severity of the affliction.

Other Answers:
Hydrocephalus means where the ventricles ( the sac like things inside the brain 2 in number ) of the brain distended with an excessive amount of cerebro-spinal fluid. Depending on the degree of fluid inside it , it is called as mild or moderate. So the head is enlarged . It is a malfromation of the child. If the foetus (child before birth) is within the uterus delivery will be complicated. After birth the child rarely lives longer life.
