when you are sleepy do you feel colder?!

Question: sometimes when i go to sleep and it's summer it's so hot to fall to sleep, but when i'm really sleepy i feel colder than usual and i may even look for a cover
anyone like me?
Answers:
This is a normal physiological phenomenon. Your body produced heat during ativity (which is why you sweat) but not while at rest. In addition to all else it does, the circulation of blood also promotes cooling.

When sleeping, the cooling effect of your circulatory system outweighs the minor heat generation caused by your autonomous system (heartbeat, breathing, digestion, etc). Blood temperature drops, causing your body temperature to drop, making you feel cold (even in a relatively hot room).

Sitting still for awhile cools you down, plus your lowered heart rate leads to slower circulation.

So yes, you do feel colder when you're sleepy.
that may not be coldness. Sometimes when your body is too hot, then it feels like u r cold. It would be a good idea to take a cold shower if this happens.
yes! that is how my body works anyway:)
You don't necessarily feel colder if you are up and moving around while feeling sleepy or tired. What happens when you settle down and relax in your bed or sofa before sleeping is that your body slows down metabolically. You are not moving around so you slow your metabolic needs ie buring of calories, slowing of blood flow. Your heart slows down because it is not being as taxed as it would if you were moving around. THe opposite is true as well. If you are running on a treadmill you get warm, your body sweats as a way of temperature self regulation. When you stop working out and rest the heart rate slows, the blood circulation slows and your body cools down. I hope this is helpful for ya!
Yes, always
