I sleep at night but am still tired in the morning and throughout the day?!
Question: I am always constantly tired. I sleep anywhere from 8-12 hours each night and I am still tired. I feel like crap in the morning, what could be wrong?

lots of things could be the cause. if you snore you may have sleep apnea. see your doc.

do you exercise? I was feeling the same way a couple weeks ago . then I started working out (so far just 2x a week) and I'm feeling a little more energetic.
You may have sleep apnea. you are not getting enough oxygen when you sleep. I have it. SEe a DR.

I use this answer a lot,it could be depression,try vitamin B complex and if that doesn't work go to a phychiatrist for anti-depressant.
