does it mean i'll get taller if i eat more proteins?!

Question: like, will i get taller in a month?
Answers:
You are more likely to get taller by eating more calcium, since your height is dependent upon how large your bones are, and protein is more about muscles.

Honestly, though, I don't think there is anything that will help you get taller in a month. Your genes and the amount of calcium you have had to date in your life would play a big role in your overall height, but there is no way to naturally stimulate your growth like that.

If anything it means that you will hurry up and get to where your gonna get to no more no less. Sorry
Your height is mostly determined by your genetics, and then nutrition comes in second. I would say that calcium is more beneficial for growing taller than protein.
No, you will not get taller by eating proteins, where did you get a crazy idea like that? There is no way to make yourself taller, you just have to let yourself grow.
I am assuming that you are young and still growing anyway. But eating more protein will not as a rule make you taller. Your family heredity will be the judge of that. If Dad was tall, or Mom, you may be. No guarantees. BUT- I do recommend that you eat the right proteins to build strong bones and to prevent osteoporosis (hump back).
Yes it helps, and vegetables also, to make you grow..(and your dick also) but it takes several months for your body to respond.
