The label for the medication should have the dosage on it, and you should have also gotten a patient information sheet with the medication, when you picked it up. If not, please call your doctor to find out what the dosage is for your child. All medications have a dosage range so no one would be able to give you the dosage pertinent to your child except your doctor who prescribed it.
