What food stuff can I have during stomach upset (dysentery)?!

Toast without butter or crackers. Ginger ale is also helpful.

non oily, non spicy food. avoid bananas & milk
Liquid stuff, like jello or beef broth. Cup of soup is real good for an upset stomach. Nothing that would be hard to digest.
The only thing that seems to help me is sipping coke cola and eating salty crackers slowly.
I answer from long experience of stomach upsets. Avoid food or drinks containing acidity (including fruit) and also oily foods. Try, digestive bscuits, arrowroot biscuits, hardboiled eggs, rice, breakfast cereals with a little milk and sugar,toast and butter and if you need protein, poached fish. Drink tea and Soda water.
