any one has a way to loose 5lbs in 3 days?!


Question: i am trying to get into the US Army and I need a tip on how to loose about 5 or more pounds before my next weight in which is approaching in 3 days.

going to a sauna will help you lose water weight but you have to watch what you eat after or you will gain it right back if you chose this keep fluids in and all fats and sugars out try eating protein only and maybe enough carbs just to burn off by the end of the day around 20 grams but be careful because if youfeel light headed in the sauna leave because you can pass out

Well, you can start by having a diet and doing plenty of excersize but a really good way would be eating some kind of diet pill or something

This is not a safe wat to lose weight but it will work. Take a couple ex-lax tablets each morning. Be prepared to use the bathroom. a lot. Eat nothing. The body can go for weeks without food. If you must eat, try carrots. Carrots are one of several foods that the digestive system must burn more calories to process the food than the food actually has itself. Do not take the ex-lax for more than a few days since your body will soon depend on the pills and you will be constipated without them. Good luck and thank you for your defense of our country. Yes honey I can help you : First go out and buy yourself some protein powder make sure it is under 10g of carbs per 100gms. with a protein count of 79gms per 100gms. Mix it with a little bit of milk but mainly pure water. Have two a day. Get some spirulina tablets, drink a couple of fresh juices and eat organic fruit and raw vegies if you get hungry. Then exercise your butt off. I guarantee you will lose weight if you exercise more than you eat, make sure you drink plenty of water and think thin. Good Luck.
