i have a strong craving for food and sweets, any ideas on how to not eat, when i!

Try drinking a bottle of water and waiting about 15 mins. Lots of times our bodies are actually only thirsty, but trick us into thinking we are hungry, especially when craving sweets.

Its hard to not eat. Pick up a hobby to keep your mind busy. If you can't stop eating sweets, try switching to something healthier like fruits or vegetables. I was a little overweight, I went on a dairy and water diet basically. If I got hungry in between meals, I would drink a tall glass of milk or water, wait a few minutes, see if I was hungry. If I was, I would then snack on string cheese peels. The mozarella kind. I lost some weight, but what it really did was keep some wight off. Try and eat smaller portions for meals, less red meat, less fried foods, NO SODAS, even if their diet sodas, drink in moderation. Try using splenda in coffee, or when you need sugar for anything ( tea, etc). I always had to have sugar in my coffee, I switched to splenda, there is hardly a difference. Hope this helps

Drink a big glass of cold water before you eat. It fills you up. Just keep practicing self discipline. Oh, with your pointer finger, rub the indent right above your lip, and cuts sugar and chocolate cravings. It works!
you have to surround yourself with healthy food. Vegetables and fruit! And you should definitely eat everytime you are hungry. I usually eat once every two hours, but just small bits.

When I let myself get too hungry I always stop at the first place available.usually Burger King or Taco Bell.
All i can say is water water water.the less you have of the sweets the less you crave if need be get the new weight watcher cakes only worth 1 point or keep around bite size 3 musketeers
Eat lots of fruits and chew Extra flavored gum. Both are low in calories, but high in sweet taste. I reach for a piece of fruit or a piece of Extra Watermelon flavored gum and they knock my cravings out. Another good thing to use is flavored drink mixes. They come in individual packets you can slip into your pocket or purse when you're on the go. You just need an 16 ounce bottle of water! And they come in all sorts of flavors (lemonade, fruit punch, peach tea) for only 15 calories for a 16 ounce glass. Plus, it helps you meet your daily water intake.
