Easy answer !Go out imediatly and rent "Super Size Me"!Unless they have banned it in the states[scary if that was true] Fing it on the web otherwise.
If you gotta go to the drive thru, get a salad or baked potato (minus cheese or sour cream), or even a grilled chicken sammy (minus mayo). Fast food is full of fat and devoid of nutrition. It does not feed your body, it only feeds your taste buds. I gave up fast food a few months ago, and recently I went to Arby's for a roast beef sandwich, which I used to eat often, and now all I taste is grease and salt.
Watch 'super size me' and you'll find out.
Fast food has 'antinutrient effects'.
Not only does it contain very little nutrition, it also contains items such as trans fats, preservatives, flavour enhancers, flavourings etc. These items challenge the body, cause unknown health problems.
The food is addictive and leads to dependence on sugar, and caffeine.
This in itself can cause low sex drive, depression, lethargy, diabetes, obesity.
You can get away with eating this crap like once a year and it won't do anything too bad, but more than that and it's a habit.
