People all around around the world don't Take action in how to stop things from spreading. I understand that in most contries people cant pay for health care. With people here in the USA addicted to sex and drugs so much they don't care. Its all about responsibility is all. In the USA people have so many ways to pay for treatment for things that can be treated and it goes away.
