Curious.does anyone know someone that thinks they are a woman but they are genet!
Question: I have a friend who recently told me that he had felt he should have been a woman since his earliest memory. He is having quite a hard time with it and would get surgery except that his family would never accept it. He says that he doesn't feel gay, just thinks like what he thinks a woman would. What do you think? Would you accept someone like that? What if it was you?

well people really are mixed. there's no one who is purely male or female. You see, there are some females who act as males but don't think to have a gender change. it's normal. Maybe he just had a different kind of upbringing. ANyhow, i think he just has a psychological disorder. Talk to him.
maybe you can ask him, what is the main reason why he thinks that he is a woman? What are his characteristics that he thinks a woman should do that he does?
it's all sociological. Besides, surgery is expensive. That should make him forget about it. :)

I've heard similar stories before. Yet if he says he doesn't feel gay, he must have a poor self-image of his body. Most likely he's suffering from low testerone levels. Or he's gay and doesn't want to face the truth.
A good question. Each human being thinks like woman and man according to situations. We basically have both type of mentality, inborn in our systems. Some people experience extremities due to social conditions & up bringing. For example, in a family dominated with females a lone male will not only think like female but also will be fascinated by other males.
