What Is This?!
Question: It was while I was having my period and all of a sudden, these pimple/ zit like bumps started appearing all around my pubic hair area. Then my sister warned me about "Genital Herpes" and I started to get worried. I was wondering if anyone would let me know what to look out for. I prayed that it would pass, and it did. But will it come back again? Somebody, please help me. ><;

It could be a number of things.It could be simple hair bumps.You could have an allergic reaction to a feminine product(panty liners,pads with fragrance or new scent etc.)Razor bumps,soaps,body wash,powders,condoms(latex or rubber)any of those can cause a reaction,along with lubricates and spermicides found in condoms.The only way to know for sure,is to go to THE DOCTOR.Your HEALTH CAN NOT BE TAKEN LIGHTLY!If money is an issue..go to a free clinic.NOW!!

Did they hurt? From the symptoms list I'm looking at, it says that the blisters are painful to touch.

It's more likely, I think, that they were ingrown hairs. I get them once in a while, most people do, and you're probably more likely to get them if you shave or wax. They look like a pimple, and sometimes may even have the little pus bubble. They occur when a hair growns back into the same follice it came out of. You can burst them and pull the hair out (OW!) or what I sometimes to is apply a little rubbing alcohol on it with a Q-Tip. That seems to help. They will work themselves out eventually, which may be why they went away.
change what you wear when your on your period and if it still happens then you really really need to go in to the doc. but try a different brand for what you use
