Early Period?!

Question: Ok, I am on the pill and I was wondering if I could take my sugar pills one week early, would that make my period come early? I want to do this so I don't have my period over spring break. Would taking them early work? I would just skip it all together but I don't want to run out of pills before I can get them refilled again.
