They could just be cists, which can be harmless.
Lots of women have non canncerous bumps and lumps, these can be for a number of harmless reasons, but it is always best to get them checked
Hmm, yeah, It hereditary. I have that, because my mom had it. She just has sensitve breasts, tell her to get more fiber, and also eating right/healthy helps alot.
make sure she has yearly exams and does monthly self exams, if the lumps get larger or move, see the doc again.
Great News! It is normal for some women to have 'Lumpy' breasts. it can be cystic, fat, tissue, etc. as long as she has any new lumps checked she'll be fine. You can help her too! Just don't forget to check under the armpits.

I had a few cyst in each of my breasts, too many to count, they were lumps the size of a half dollar, and were very painful, nothing to worry about, mine went away over time, like maybe 2 years or so, but they did tell me to cut back on caffine..

My mom had a few lumps in her breasts, they were also not cancer. Last year I had a 2 large lumps removed from my armpit that turned out to be normal breast tissue.
Caffeine can cause new lumps and irritate any lumps you may have. Don't for get to do regular exams, in the shower is best when your hand can slide smoothly over the skin.
At least she had the guts to go to the doctors to get it checked out. there are so many women and girls who find a lump are to scared to go to there doctor.to get medical help.i am so pleased she had it checked out and all of the worry as been lifted of her shoulders. good luck to the both of you...
