You didn't say if you've stopped growing or not or how old you are. It's really difficult to simply plop a number down here and say that you should lose "this much" weight. Go to a gym and they can measure you, weigh you, do other body assessments on you; then they'll be able to give you intelligent answers to your question. Maybe you just need to tone up? Maybe you DO need to lose some weight, but they'll show you how to do it safely and smartly.

20+: lose 8
19: you don't need to lose any
18: lose 2
17: lose 5
16: lose 7
15: lose 11
14: lose 14
13: lose 18
12: lose 22
