what should i use for muscle strain in my back?!


Question: I pulled a muscle in my back four days ago,Have used cold and heat but it doesn't seem to be getting better.
Answers:
Try a cooling pad for the first 48 hours and then try a hot pad after that! Make sure to try and move your back so prevent making the muscles stiff.
Ofcourse Prescription medication is powerful but the side effects are way too much. (dizzyness, constipation, groginess etc.) Not worth the trouble!
Most importantly, try to keep your mind occupied on something else!
