It really depends on what you mean by "fast" because the only way to lose weight really fast is to simply not eat, which is extremely not recommended and unhealthy. Instead, you must change your lifestyle and diet. First, start eating MORE. YES MORE! More times a day that is. Instead of having 3 large meals, break it up into 4-5 smaller meals a day. Also, if you work keep a pack of almonds at your desk and munch onthose every now and then if hunger kicks in. Also, what you eat is extremely important as well. Try to eat alot of whole grain foods, veggies, lean meats and try to avoid fried foods in bad oils like vegatable and corn oil. Lastly, start to exercise! Start off slow, if you're a newbie, do a 30 minute walk, 15 min jog, maybe do some weights. Once you adapt to this new lifestyle, you'll be more than on your way to lose weight, look good, and most of all, FEEL GOOD!
Fast weight loss is not healthy and rarely are individuals able to keep it off. The best bet is to lower calorie intake, raise your physical activities. There are many things you can do to contribute to weight loss. By combining many of these and incorporating lifestyle changes, you can increase metabolism, energy and general health overall.
