umm everyones body reacts to diets differently, but one metod that usually work is try not exceeding 2000 calories in a day and after a couple of days doing so, lower it to 1,500 instwead of having a pizza for lunch have a sandwich(i did tha today) and one thing u should do and i GUARANTEE ull loose weight DONTT eat after 6 o clock it really helps and if u like to dance or excercise do it every night or after a meal wenever u have time it really does work.
