I think the hunger pains would be the least of your concerns, Anorexia. Your body needs nutrients which aren't provided in water. Without them, you die. Even taking vitamins won't solve everything.
The hunger pains would not stop until death, more than likey.

uhhh i dont know.ive tried that before and i passed out..and when you do finally eat you are going to eat the whole refrigerator
no. you don't want a life like that. your body needs nutrients and you are straving yourself. do you think you could live on only water? even living on lettuce will make you hungry. water doesn't provide nutrients that much.
Yes, they do eventually stop. Before they do, though, the hunger becomes intense and people at this stage are often desperate to eat and will eat all kinds of things they wouldn't ordinarily go near. After about 2 weeks or so your body starts digesting your heart to feed the brain (the brain cannot live on fat, it needs protein). Your body starts digesting all your muscles, but the heart is especially at risk. At this point general weakness becomes so extreme that people stop looking for food - they also become very depressed and enter a stage of waiting to die, in which hunger seems remote. People become silent and withdrawn, and even stop thinking about food. All in all, starvation is very depressing.
