baby oil or mayonnaise.cover the hair with it and wrap up and next day or 4 hours later use fine comb and comb out.

there's this doctor that used cetaphil cleaner to remove head lice. He put the cetaphil in a different container and said it's his own mix.

Go to your local pharmacy or drug store and buy RID. It will get rid of them
i hear something good about vinegar.
my kids had lice and i shampooed their hair with the lice killing shampoo, after i would section their hair and go strand by strand and remove all the eggs and lice and pop them just like you would fleas on a dog. it is very time consuming but that's the only way to completely get rid of them.
Get RID products.. also put stuffed animals pillows in the freezer for I think a month or so. Basically you have to wash and break down everything. Also mayo works good to. I will admit when i was in 4th grade I got it. My mom put mayo in my hair. no idea why. The whole thing though is real tedious and frustrating GOOD LUCK
