well if ur having trouble sleeping then u need to take meds. to help u or try to make ur self sleep
one should stop thinking too much and sleep well. put all your troubles, and worries away. next is that a light amount of food might help.
Try and relax before you go to bed. Take a nice hot shower, read a book or magazine, listen to some nice music. You could even try exercising a little or walk the dog around the block (if you have one). This can tire you out a little bit more. I've even heard of having a glass of milk before going to bed. It contains Tryptophan (the same stuff in turkey) that makes you feel kind of sleepy. I would avoid using sleeping meds if at all possible. Those things can become very addictive, and it's not good sleep. Good luck!

Don't drink any caffene before you go to bed, if you need something for sleep ask your Dr. to give you something that isn't addicting. Maybe right now you are going through some stress in your life and you need some medication for a week or so.
