Why is my butt so flat?!


Question: I honestly like my butt, but it wouldnt hurt to know how to make it bigger. I know other people who could really use the advice as well.

Exercises that may help: Squats, lunges, leg presses, quadruped leg extensions (with knee straight and knee bent).

i dunno..my butt is pretty flat too :)
my mom said that if you sit a lot all day.then it is suppose to make your butt go bigger.
Well its genetics.if you want a fat butt hang out at wal-mart and stuff your face with mcdonalds, pastries, Ice cream, anything with sugar, and dont work out...ever

it is mostly hereditary but eat lots of pasta and bread and do like butt tightening excersizes will help the shape
If you want a bigger butt without cilulite then work out and do tons of squats.

Sometimes, it's hereditary.. when everybody in your family has a flat bottom too.

Sometimes it's a weight problem. When we gain extra weight, our body becomes unproportioned, it expands the hips therefore creating an illusion of a flat surface.

Soetimes, it gets flat from too much sexual activity. The flesh around the buttocks is more on fat and water, so if it always gets a "sexual work-out", it gets trimmed and does not build muscles properly.

Sometimes, it's not really flat, we just think it's flat.

Pinch it, if you have something to pinch and felt it, it's not flat.. it's just not too "cheeky".
do weighted lunges, itll give that bowling ball glute thing ur wanting

Don't know why it's flat but i do know how to improve every day do 15-20 minutes of squats ts and it will improve.
