Should I continue drinking milk if I have lactose intolerance?!

Question: I just started drinking milk a couple of weeks ago because I want to change my routine. But after that, I noticed that my stomach seems to dislike it, and I was likely to throw up. Should I stop it, or continue for my stomach to be immuned in it? Any advice?
Answers:
stop making yourself sick. drink lactose-free milk.

If you are lactose intolerant, you are not going to get immune to it by continuing. Change your routine by drinking something that isn't going to make you throw up everyday.
if ur lactose intolerant, then no! u cant drink milk, and i dont think u can get used to it. Try not to eat things with a lot of dairy in it.
If you are lactose intolerant, you can take lactaid to help you digest any dairy products. I'm lactose intolerant myself and the lactaid does wonders.

Stop drinking milk if it bothers you. There are brands of lactose free milk that you might want to try. Some people don't have any problem with those. There are also pills that can be added to milk to help people with lactose intolerance.
