There is not much excercise to lose cheek fat you can make the mouth movements of "e" and "o". But if you really want to lose weight in your cheeks, or even general wieght, reduce your salt intake. It's a models trick to keep shape features.
You don't necessarily lose fat from the place that you are exercising. So the chew suggestions are nonsense. Walking is an excellent exercise for fat burning. Walk fast. If you can afford it, buy a treadmill and walk on it while watching TV or listening to music. Much better investment than Gym membership. If you don't want to diet, then at least cut your food intake by a teaspoon a day. Any reduction at all is an improvement. That's 365 teaspoons of calories per year that might otherwise end up on your cheeks or somewhere else!
You're 12 years old.

.don't worry about your "cheek fat"
