i think surgery (or other newer interventions) is the only curative treatment for piles
however, if it is in its begining stage u can have an over the counter ointment or something .
i think most people know it as h(a)emorrhoids.
if it's external, try sitting in a bath several times a day, increase fibers and wate rin your diet and use stool softeners. internal get the same methods. severe hemorroids can be treated by tying them off with rubber bands, scarring tissue around it, injectin it with chemicals and surgical removal.
