it can not hurt you any more than you are hurting now.
so give it a short and let the Doctor influence your thought pattern for a better future..

Hypnosis is individual. The more you surrender to its suggestions, the stronger the results. Meth is a powerful drug and may not work.
My mum had 2 hypnosis sessions and stopped smoking, 5 yrs and she hasnt smoked since. It could work for you but you`ve really gotta want to stop or theres no point.
Hypnosis is one of the methods used by therapists to treat addiction.
