Go to Goodnights.com, where you will find a lot of information that will help you. Bed wetting usually results because a person is growing very quickly and their bladder hasn't caught up yet, and more boys have bed wetting problems than girls. It is something that also usually clears up on its own. Bed wetting can also occur because of severe stress or upset, and if this is the case, it would be worth talking to someone like a counselor or psychologist to help deal with any issues that are distrupting your normal functions. For further information, check out www.nobedwetting.com and www.childdevelopment.com. Talk to your parents. This is nothing to be ashamed or embarassed about, many, many, many young men go through it. In the interim, don't drink anything at least two hours before going to bed and try and pee as much as you can before going to bed. Spend 15 minutes just stretching just before going to bed. Try sleeping on your back to keep any additional pressure off your bladder. Have a water-proof mattress protector, and use something like "Goodnights" briefs. Good luck, and ignore some of the really stupid and insensitive answers you will no doubt get to this quesiton.

Don;t drink water 2 -3 hours before sleeping. take a piss before sleeping. try setting up an alarm to wake up in the middle of the night to go to the toilet.
If it's your kid, wake them up and walk them to the bathroom at a certain time every night to get them in the habit. Also, no drinks after dinner.

If it is you, try not drinking anything after maybe 7pm and / or setting an alarm to wake yourself up and go to the bathroom then.
For a child? If so, get your little one to the pediatrician to rule out a physical reason. Also, there is a wonderful medication (imipramine, not sure if I spelled it correctly) used to help CHILDREN with bed wetting as bed wetting often occurs as the result of slow bladder growth. Please do not get upset with the child, they are not bed wetting ON PURPOSE! This medication is by prescription only and MUST be monitored by a doctor, but it has proven successful for many. Best of luck!
try asking your doctor or pharmacy about a drug that helps bladder control. Good luck.
