Ii think you should STOP taking ALL of that crap. It's poison to your poor body and will eventually cause cancer. Eat natural foods that Mother Nature intended your body to ingest, and your system will clean itself out over a couple of months. Then, the weight will find its way out naturally and you will (surprise surprise) not be as hungry all of the time because your body will actually be ABSORBING the nutrients and vitamins it needs out of the good foods you are putting into it. Trust me:)
