does the 7 days on water fasting really make you lose about 15 pouds? i wanna lo!

Question: eatting shitty food for a week will make it be easy to start my raw food diet
Answers:
you wanna lose weight? exercise a little more (expend calories) than you are taking in (eating). It really makes no difference what you eat.calories are calories. I could eat d*o*g*s*h*i*t* and gain weight if I ate enough of it. Also- keep in mind if you "starve" yourself.your body will go into sort of a "survival" mode and start burning far fewer calories. I swim, bike, run, lift weights, and box. I eat whatever I want.but in an amount that is not more than what i burn off. Give it a try. Increase the amount of exercise you do.keep your eating the same. See what happens. (I'll just tell ya what happens: you'll lose weight. Its impossible not to)
Good luck.

Unsafe. Don't do it. Just cut your portions in half and begin regular aerobic exercise.

Portion size and exercise..

Do it for life
You might lose 15 pounds but they won't stay lost and you'll not feel well after fasting for so long.

The only way people are going to lose weight and keep it off is if they re-educate their way of eating. You need to develop a nutritional diet and stick to it.

Stop using food as a reward or a comfort in times of stress.
NO. its ridiculous. you will doubtfully lose any real fat. your body will go into starvation and you will not lose any fat. a raw food diet sounds nice but its not practical. you will learn after doing so many of those diets that they dont work. you will lose weight, only, when you eat RIGHT and WORKOUT. you have to lose wieght its only human. please just be smart forget the short term diets and just begin doing cardio in the AM on an empty stomach, and your diet should be 40% protein, 30/30 fat and carbs. This is the only way to lose real fat and look good.
