Need to lose 12 lbs in a month, can someone tell me what to eat sample week meal!

A 6 meal plan. You eat 6 times a day but small servings. that will help you bust you metabolism. Try to eat little amounts of carbs they will store as sugar in your system. Run or walk about a mile or two. time frame you eat 7:00am, 9:00am, Noon, 2:00pm, 4:00pm, 6:00pm. never eat after seven it takes a longer time to run through your system because your body is tired from your day.

Stay away from soda (even diet), fast food and other "junk" foods. limit your fast food intake. drink only red wine instead od other alcholic beverages, that is if you drink at all. dont snack after dinner. eat complex carbs like those found in whole grain. they help you stay fuller longer. Exercise every morning to jump start your metabolisim. Eat breakfest, dont eat for any other reasones then being hungry. P.S.
