every 10 minutes or so, the bottom part of my right eye feels as if it is twitch!

Question: what to do?
Answers:
This happens because your not sleeping well and your under a lot of stress. Lemme guess, finals and papers? Try closing your eye and putting ice on it then opening your eye and closing it and redoing this procedure a few times. good luck!

Other Answers:
Doesn't that make you crazy? Sometimes happens to me. It'll go away.

It could be nerves, too much caffeine, too little sleep.
Sounds like a nervous system problemo,
Consult a neurologist, don't wait, Go.

How did you like my little poem?
Close your eyes and pull the top part of your eyelid down then release it....

Does it feel better now?
I have the same thing when I'm stressing out or hopped up on espresso..lol

Relaaaaaax.and it'll stop. :)
I was having the same problem a few weeks ago, and did a little online research. I found that the two most common causes are stress and a potassium deficiency. I didn't really have a quick fix for my stress level, so I thought I'd try to treat the second possible cause.

Bananas are high in potassium content, but I'm not a big fan of bananas. So I went to the vitamin & supplement section at my neighborhood grocery and bought a bottle of Potassium Gluconate. I think it was around 8 bucks. I started taking one pill a day, and the twitching stopped completely the next day, and has not returned. Pretty cool, huh?

(Just as a side note, the twitching had gotten pretty bad; it was happening several times daily, every day.)

Worth 10 points? I think it will be, if it works for you.
I always get this when I'm exhausted. The best remedy is to just got to bed early tonight. It'll be fine tomorrow. :)
Oh that is just your nevers! It happens to everyone!
this can be an indicator of stress. I think it should be of concern when both eyes are involved. Or parts of your face are going into spasm.

It looks pretty wierd though, huh.when you get to catch it in the mirror.
