Has anyone tried and compared LUNESTA with SONATA and AMBIEN? I see all three ch!

Question: but I have only used LUNESTA with pretty good results. Some pharmacies have ambien cheaper than Lunesta. I also tried http://www.cotv.org but they don't have Lunesta. Lunesta is in a grade of drugs known as sedative/hypnotics or sleep medications. Lunesta impacts chemicals in your brain that may impact sleep. Lunesta induces sleep and induces relaxation. It is employed to heal insomnia. Lunesta can also be utilized for purposes other than those named in this medicinal remedy guide.

I'm not sure if you have tried any of the natural remedies for sleep, but there is a natural hormone you can take to help. Melatonin is a hormone produced in the brain that is kinda like your biological clock, it tells you when to go to sleep and when to wake up. If your melatonin levels are low, then you might want to supplement with some extra. GNC carries it in 3 different doses, and it is pretty cheap (anywhere from $1.99-$6.99 for a month supply or more) with low side affects.

I would do some checking on it and talk to your doctor (although he might tell you not to take it because most doctors don't like natural remedies) before you start taking it. Its deffinatly worth checking out.

It typically just leaves you feeling a little groggy in the morning for the first week or so till your body adjusts to having it, then there aren't really any side affects after that. You can get it in 1mg and 3mg doses. They both come in Time Release and non-time release, capsules and tablets. I would start off with the 1mg non-time released to see how well that works for u, but follow the directions. You aren't' supposed to take more than 3mg in a 24 hr period. If you start off with that and it doesn't seem to help u get to sleep faster than up the dose one pill, if 2 doesn't work then go up to 3. If you find that they help you get to sleep but u wake up in the middle of the night, then I would try the time released.which will give u a slow continual amount of the melatonin through out the night allowing you to sleep all night.

I have used both Lunesta and Ambien with pretty good results from both. Depending on where you shop, sometimes one is cheaper than the other, and sometimes the other way around. I haven't looked for generic lunesta but assume it is pretty good too. I DO know that I can get all three meds much cheaper online that at the local pharmacist. There used to be a good Mexican pharmacy online but they went out of business. http://www.iPills.us is the only website I have found that sells them. Another good one, but a bit pricier is http://discount-rx-directory.com
